When something breaks

What we do for players, automatically.

Affected players see a banner on their dashboard, and anyone whose session was cut off gets an email.
Playtime is frozen from the start of the outage until it’s resolved.
Minutes counted after a session dropped are added back automatically.
Daily top-ups that would go over your bank max are kept, and pack-hour expiry dates move back by the length of the outage.
When it’s fixed, you get one email confirming your hours weren’t touched.
